The Complete Wedding Package

The Complete Wedding Package includes everything you need to have a worry free wedding on the Sunshine Coast, plus many extras that will greatly reduce the stress of the days leading up to your wedding. Our package offers full wedding planning services, Coastal coordination and complete wedding design. When you want someone reliable to help with the picking up, scheduling, vendor referrals, and help with all the last-minute details, this is the package you need.

The Complete Wedding Package includes (but is not limited to!): 

  • Initial meeting to find out all the details about your wedding (on the phone for out of town clients)
  • A complete wedding design (including a detailed 4 to 5 page design plan), full set up and tear down of your decor
  • Discussion of timing and logistics
  • Vendor referrals and suggestions, helping you pick the perfect team
  • Setting up and distributing a timing schedule to all relevant persons involved in the wedding day celebration
  • Confirmation and coordination with all contracted vendors
  • Meeting the week of the wedding to discuss final logistics & collect items for your wedding day (when you arrive for out of town clients)
  • Comprehensive, detailed ‘Wedding Day Itinerary’
  • Attend and oversee wedding rehearsal (also help with decor for rehearsal if needed)
  • Wedding planner and planning assistant as well as set up crew depending on decor requirements
  • Greet vendors and set-up of ceremony & reception
  • Help to get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle. Make sure the flowers are held correctly, cue bridesmaids and ensure the timing is perfect and the wedding dress trains are straight
  • Coordinate reception activities with DJ and MC
  • Help the photographer get the photos that you have requested
  • Keep activities on schedule per timeline
  • Distribute final payments as needed to service providers
  • Use of ‘Bridal Emergency Kit’
  • Provide a stress free day for the couple!

Wedding “day of” Package

Are you looking for someone to take all of your hard work and execute your wedding exactly the way you have carefully planned out the details? This package provides a “day of” planner … but so much more.

The Wedding “Day Of” Package includes:

  • A hand off meeting, where you fill us in on all your plans and then we take it from there (starting approximately one month before your wedding).
  • Create a detailed timeline
  • Touch base with all your vendors
  • Coordinate your wedding rehearsal
  • Come to your wedding day be there to make sure it goes off without a hitch.

We are the only full service wedding planning company on the Sunshine Coast and have a special rate for couples that would like to bundle a number of our services together. The Coastal Weddings and Events team can take care of it all – help plan and take care of all details of your wedding planning, prepare a complete design and decor package, and then top it off with a 5 hour photobooth package!

To ensure that you have an amazing day, we will give our utmost attention to every detail of your ceremony, orchestrating a flawless event with an enthusiasm and warmth that’s infectious. We offer a wide selection of our own carefully curated wedding décor rentals and custom floral arrangements, and if we don’t have what you want we can bring it in for you because we have established relationships with vendors and service providers all along the coast and beyond.

The Design & Decor Package includes: 

Wedding design is essential to creating ambiance, incorporating elements that reflect you as a couple into the setting artfully, and building an unforgettable atmosphere. Think of it as planning with an eye to the aesthetic. The expert staff members at Coastal Weddings & Events are highly skilled at setting the stage for your wedding ceremony and reception with engaging and beautiful details and thoughtful touches.

Coastal Weddings & Events has designed countless wedding ceremonies, from traditional church weddings or barefoot beach nuptials to exchanging vows outdoors or uniting in matrimony at a whimsical comic book character wedding. Similarly we have created visually memorable design for a wide range of venues in all manner of styles: Formal, elegant, simple and natural – each and every reception as unique as the bridal couple.

Coastal Weddings & Events is pleased to offer a carefully curated collection of rental items available to rent to Coastal Weddings and Events Design, Decor & Wedding Planning clients **with some exceptions, please see below. The Sunshine Coast is a gorgeous place to get married and to add your personal touch to this gorgeous backdrop we have a carefully curated collection of decor to personalize the space and create your vision. We can help, from driftwood arches, specialty linens, vases and vessels, urns, pedestals, furniture, charger plates, cake stands, signage and more. You will walk through the design process and be presented with a vision of your desired look and feel incorporating. We know our stock inside and out, so we can recommend styles and specific items that fit your vision, theme, venue, and budget.

> 30' x 30' Tent

30' wide wedding tent for rent

Below shows the maximum number of guests seated, with the entire 30′ x 30′ tent used for tables & chairs:

  • 5′ round tables of 8 seated: 72 guests
  • 5′ round table of 10 seated: 90 guests
  • Rectangle tables: 120 guests

> 30' x 50' Tent

  • 5′ round table of 10 seated: 150 guests
  • Rectangle tables: 200 guests

> 30' x 60' Tent

  • 5′ round tables of 8 seated: 144 guests
  • 5′ round table of 10 seated: 180 guests
  • Rectangle tables: 224 guests

> 30' x 70' Tent

Below shows the maximum number of guests seated, the entire 30′ x 70′ tent used for tables & chairs:

  • 5′ round tables of 8 seated: 168 guests
  • 5′ round table of 10 seated: 210 guests
  • Rectangle tables: 256 guests

If you want to do more than just a sit-down meal, then you must remove tables or use a larger tent. The tent area has many uses, such as D/J, buffet tables, dance floor, coffee station, cake table, a long head table etc.

The dance floor can have the buffet tables on it until after the meal and then the tables removed to make room for dancing. Or if the food is not served in the tent, additional tables could be on the dance floor and removed after the meal, and guests would be redistributed among the remaining tables. There are many choices and variants, all which depend on your personal needs or the uniqueness of your yard.

Rentals are available to Coastal Weddings clients who have purchased a decorating or planning package, with the exception of our Wedding tents, dance floor, driftwood arch, white chairs and some linens which may be rented subject to availability without a Design and Decor package please contact us for more details. We are always on the lookout for new and interesting things to add to our list of rentals and our inventory is constantly growing.
